REZULTZ has a very unique idea of what we believe a Fitness Camp should be. REZULTZ does not believe that a fitness camp should be some meat-head standing in front of a group of people screaming at them while they are worked to death trying to do exercises they are not capable of doing.
At REZULTZ we believe that everyone has their own level of fitness and together as a group we can provide the amount of support to push each other to reach our goals. Fitness Camps are able to achieve what individual people who work out on their own cannot and that is by working out every part of the body. Most people do not know how to properly work out their core while also doing cardio and strengthening their muscles, but that is exactly what you will do when you take on REZULTZ SPRINT Program.
The SPRINT Program is an all in one fitness camp and you will strengthen your core, increase your cardio and stamina all by participating in the program. At REZULTZ we know you have a goal and understand that everyone is at different level of fitness. To work with that, we slowly increase the intensity over time. We also pride ourselves on giving you the support network that you need as you travel towards your goal!
The SPRINT Program allows you to get pushed in a way that you wouldn’t have be able to push yourself working out alone all while doing the proper workouts to avoid any injuries. Why workout each part of your body individually which will take hours of your day you don’t have to spend.
The SPRINT Program is an all in one fitness camp and James Rigney personally guarantees anyone who joins they will be very happy with the REZULTZ!
